Essential Oil For Meditation And Staying Focused

Essential Oil For Creative Energy

Our bodies naturally produce what is necessary for our well-being but sometimes they can go into overdrive.

This can cause adrenaline fatigue or damage to the body and its organs.

Especially now with everyone spending nearly most of their days scrolling through technology devices.

Fortunately, a little natural boost from mother nature in a bottle can help.

And essential oils are great to use daily so you have more energy.

You can sniff the aroma using a candle burner, use it topically or even sprinkle it in cooking if the quality is high enough.

Yes, some essential oils, like Doterra essential oils, are edible.

Essential Oils Can Help Improve Your Focus

Essential oils have been recommended to help boost clarity and focus and keep your mind/brain feeling renewed and on track.

To get the best from such vital useful oils, look out for scents that are crisp and stimulating such as:

Rosemary

Basil

Juniper

Sage

Eucalyptus

Peppermint

These oils are ideal for boosting mental energy. They can also help fight off fatigue and loss of memory.

Essential oils have a high concentration of the compound Monoterpenes that are responsible for their flavour and aroma.

Another compound found in these aromatic liquids, Sesquiterpenes, can also erase or deprogram miswritten codes in DNA.

THE TRIPLE WHAMMY
The big triple punch combination of “PMS” (Phenylpropanoids, Monoterpenes, and Sesquiterpenes) found in essential oils is very powerful in addressing many illnesses, injuries, and disease conditions.

That is because this combination offers the following:

Firstly, they cleanse the receptor sites allowing the proper transfer of hormones, peptides, neurotransmitters, steroids, and other intracellular messengers. (The Phenylpropanoids do that.)

Secondly, they deprogram or erase any wrong information from cellular memory stored in the DNA. (The Sesquiterpenes take care of that.)

Thirdly, they reprogram the cells with the correct information so they can function properly. (The Monoterpenes do this.)

These three classes of chemical components are why essential oils can sometimes produce seemingly miraculous healing that is nearly instant and also permanent.

Put simply, what they do is restore the body to its natural state of balance and health.

While a specific oil may have one or two of these three classes of compounds as its predominant chemistry, all the Biblical oils contain some of all of them.

This is one secret to their amazing healing abilities.

So there you have it in a nutshell: The way the blood-brain barrier works and the biochemistry of one of the ways essential oils can help achieve healing.

(The triple whammy content is taken from The blood-brain barrier by David Stewart, PhD, R.A.)

How to use these essential oils for creative energy

The easiest way to tap into using these oils is to open up a bottle containing any of them and then take a deep breath.

The fragrance will instantly flood your senses as soon as you breathe in, and you should experience the benefits straightaway.

Another approach is to fill the air within your space with your desired oil scent.

My favourite way is by applying drops to the back of my neck.

Especially before bed, it knocks me right out into a deep sleep and results in me waking up refreshed.

You can also fill your room or living space with these gifts from nature.

This can be done by filling a pot with water, adding say 6 to 10 drops of your preferred oil, and then heating the mixture on a stove till it begins to steam and fill the air with the desired scent.

My preferred mix for tapping into my creative energy using the triple whammy in a diffuser:

2 drops of Cinnamon Bark (73% phenylpropanoids) or Basil (75% phenylpropanoids)

2 drops of Cedarwood (98% sesquiterpenes) or Sandalwood (90% sesquiterpenes)

2 drops of Hyssop (70% monoterpenes) or Frankincense (40% monoterpenes) (8% sesquiterpenes)

Whatever approach is employed, essential oils are unique organic contents that will help revitalize and boost your creative energies so you stay focussed and alert.

They are simply great for mental clarity!
