The Best Self Care Hour Routine

Self care is an important aspect of maintaining physical and mental health.

And taking time out for yourself can be a great way to practice self care.

Remember, it’s about taking care of your physical, emotional, and mental health.

Which includes setting healthy boundaries such as stating “I’m not going there” when someone is inviting you to an argument. Then you have to WALK AWAY.

The person wanting the argument is not worth you getting upset.

If you have a triggering bad memory of people or an incident, practise telling yourself “I’m not going there”.

Then think of your loved ones, your pet, the fly on the wall or something else to keep your mind off things.

Do this as many times and as often as you need to even if winning an argument or fight temporarily feels satisfying.

Allowing someone to think they have won the argument is quite often half the battle won.

They will exhaust themselves sooner or later because negativity depletes but love and patience expands.

Taking time out for yourself can help you recharge and feel more balanced, so don’t be afraid to prioritize your own well-being.
