So as a cool way of keeping things from falling off the wagon, we have taken the initiative and made it easy for our contributors. Here are our standard terms and conditions, policies and procedures for signing up as a contributor and/or client.

Introduction

By utilising our services, you agree to accept all terms and conditions written here. You must not use this platform if you disagree with any of its Standard Terms and Conditions.

• impacting user access to this platform;
• using this platform contrary to applicable laws and regulations, or in any way that may cause harm to the platform, any person or business entity;

• there are no restrictions on showcasing, selling and promoting your material which is on other platforms;

Some areas of this platform are restricted access, only available to certain people. We may further restrict your access to any areas of this platform, at any time, at our absolute discretion. Any user ID and password you may have for this platform are confidential and you must maintain confidentiality as well.

Your Content

In these A/X Publisher Standard Terms and Conditions, “Your Content” shall mean any audio, video text, images or other material you choose to display on this platform. By displaying Your Content, you grant A/X Publisher a non-exclusive, worldwide irrevocable, sub licensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and distribute it in any and all media.

Your Content must be your own and must not be invading any third party’s rights. A/X Publisher reserves the right to remove any of Your Content from this platform at any time without notice. Images must be sent in website size no bigger than 1300×1300.

Should you choose to have your materials removed, A/X Publisher will charge you an unpublish / exit fee. For unpaid contributors, marketers and writers this will be up to US290. For paid advertisers and customers this will be up to US150. This is to help you decide your marketing strategy effectively and in a timely manner. We would prefer to continue to build a longer term relationship with you.

For artists, A/X Publisher will not use your artwork for print sales without your consent and negotiating a commission. Your art will be promoted and marketed with credit given to you, where possible, within our publishing, social media, online gallery and live exhibitions. This applies if you choose to participate in paid live exhibitions with us. We will use your material for advertisements which will also partly promote you as our showcased artist/guest writer/contributor.

No Warranties

Under these terms and conditions, this platform is provided “as is”, with all faults. A/X Publisher express no representations or warranties of any kind related to this platform or the materials contained on this platform. Also, nothing contained on this platform shall be interpreted as advising you.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall A/X Publisher, nor any of its officers, directors and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this platform whether such liability is under contract. A/X Publisher, including its officers, directors and employees shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this platform.

Indemnification

You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent A/X Publisher from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid under any applicable law, such provision shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.

Variation of Terms

A/X Publisher is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit. You are expected to review these Terms on a regular basis, as part of your use of this platform.

Assignment

A/X Publisher is allowed to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification. However, you are not allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.

Meaning – we will edit the contents accordingly and in the best way possible relating to our readers. You are not allowed to copy and paste our content without consent. Nor may you publish any existing content on our website. This is to avoid Google from penalising the content if it detects plagiarism.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between A/X Publisher and you in relation to your use of this platform, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
